Stanley Wallace Pederson (Stan)
April 16, 1929 to April 4, 2015

Stan Pederson passed away peacefully at the Prairie Health Care Centre in Cabri, Sask on Saturday April 4, 2015 after a long battle with kidney disease.
Stan leaves behind his children, Tim (Nancy) Pederson of Regina Sask, Nancy (Jerry) Haasen of Cochrane AB and Norma Pederson of Cabri Sask. His grandchildren Tyla, Sarah, Cody, Jay, Lindsay, Mandi and his great-grandchildren Kaymee, Kayde, Brandis, Hayden and Tyven. Brothers Jim (Flo), Merrill (Marg), Vic (Audrey) and Harvey (Leanne), along with nieces, nephews and cousins from both his family and Evelyn's. He also had many friends.
Stan was predeceased by Evelyn, his wife and best friend of 56 years. His son Larry, his parents Otto and Mabel, his brothers Gordon, Mervin, Emil and his sister Doris and all his aunts and uncles.
Stan was an active community member and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Cabri Senior Centre, past president and member of the Cabri Lions Club, Swift Current Old Time Fiddlers and the Chuckwagon and Chariot Association. Stan enjoyed many things in his lifetime, some of which include playing cribbage, skip-bo, shooting pool, writing and receiving letters, dancing, visiting at coffee row, playing the fiddle, his horses, family events and he especially enjoyed the special times with his children and grandchildren. He loved sports especially baseball and curling. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
