VANDENBERGHE, GLADYS HELEN MARIE
It is with great sadness that the family of Gladys Vandenberghe announce her passing which occurred on May 8, 2015 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on November 13, 1945 to the late Emile and Elva Vandenberghe.
Glady was an honorary member of the Red Hatters, loved camping and took great pleasure spending time at family gatherings, she also enjoyed being involved in activities at Rocmaura Nursing Home.
Glady will be missed by her surviving family, her siblings; Garry (Lucille) Vandenberghe, Jim (Jayne) Vandenberghe, Sherry (Earle) Duke, Art (Marina) Vandenberghe, Bill (Sandra) Vandenberghe, Stephen Vandenberghe, Bill (Wendy) Sabean, and Marlene Sabean, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Warden Sabean, and nephews Joey and Skyler.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visitation on Sunday, May 10 from 7 to 9 at the Church of the Resurrection. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 11 at 10 am. Interment will take place at the Old Cedar Hill Cemetery.
