OTTO, Dorothy Anita (Dean), Truro, died Friday, April 3, 2015, in the Palliative Care Unit of the Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Dartmouth on April 8, 1935, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Hazel May (Blakeney) Dean. There will be a funeral service at St. John’s Anglican Church, 256 Church Street, Truro, on Friday, May 15 at 2 p.m. Following the service, the family will be receiving friends at the Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro.
