It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Bennett announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Ray, Ron (Joanne), Gwen (Ed), Nick (Sonya), Dave, Gail, Michele (Bruce), and Kerry (Bev); sister Joan Parsons (Norm); 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a large circle of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Bennett Benoit, parents William and Mary Gaul, and sisters Dot, Carol, Madonna, Mary, and Gwendolyn. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows RC Parish with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment will follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Benoit's Cove. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
