81, of North Milton, P.E.I., died May 10, 2015. Barry Jeeves, husband of Joan Kempton-Jeeves, peacefully passed away with his daughter, Trilby, by his side at the Riverview Manor in Montague, P.E.I.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, daughter, Trilby (Peter), brother, David, and nieces, Sandra, Marjorie and Barbara.
Barry was born in Toronto in 1934. He studied at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto and the Sir George Williams College of Art in Montreal. After travelling and painting across North America on his motorcycle, Barry settled in Banff, Alberta, where he met Joan. Together they created great memories working for Brewsters Transport, and making art. And, a kid. Barry, Joan and Trilby arrived on P.E.I. from Banff in 1971 where Barry continued to work as a professional artist, potter and teacher for over forty years. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the P.E.I. Humane Society.
