Reta Good of Steeves Mountain, NB, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the age of 83. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl (Prosser) Murray of Prosser Brook, and was the last surviving member of her family.
She is survived by Raymond, her loving husband of almost 63 years, son John, daughters Wanda Colwell (Chris), Janice Killam (Orland), Marlene Good-Rozee (Ed Gallagher) - all of Moncton area, and Sandra Sullivan (Peter) of Texas; grandchildren Kelly Hicks Vautour, Tara Read, Scott Killam, Holly Pomerleau, Zach Killam, Stacey Rozee, Michael Rozee, Jordan Rozee, Alyssa Robertson, Myranda Sullivan, Josh Sullivan, step-granddaughters: Melanie Colwell, Melissa Rohloff, Megan Wheaton, and several great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed cake-decorating and a variety of crafts. She was a member of the Steeves Mountain Baptist Church and also a former member of the Women's Missionary Society and the True Blue Lodge.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Reta’s life will be held at Steeves Mountain Baptist Church (47331 Homestead Road) on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:30 am, with Pastor Gordon Horsman officiating. Reception to follow the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
