Passed away at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Monday, May 18, 2015, Theresa Hann, at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by her husband James, parents Peter and Monica (nee Halleran) Shaw, and infant son Paul. Left to cherish her memory are daughters Marie (Derm Hann) and Dianne (Joe Bavis), son Gerald (Sandra Goldring), grandchildren Nicole and Paul, as well as many dear friends and extended family members. Special thanks to the Lions Manor Nursing Home for the professional and courteous care they provided. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia, with visitation on Tuesday, May 19th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Wednesday, May 20th at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made in memory of Theresa Hann to the Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
