The death of Brittany Leigh Veenhuis of Woodstock, NB, occurred Monday, May 18, 2015, as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
Born in New Glasgow, NS, on Thursday, October 5, 1989, she was the daughter of Richard Veenhuis (Cindy) and Stacey Heagney (David).
In addition to her parents, Brittany is survived by her fiancé, Sean Ross; his parents, Debbie and Don; Children, Bryson, Phoenix, Lexis and Jayda; brothers, Matthew (Charlene) and Mitchell; nephews, Dylan and Chase; niece, Lilah; father of Jayda, Winston Roberts.
Brittany is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, 1611 North Main Street, Westville, NS, with visiting on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015, from Eagles Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Interment will take place in Grey Road Cemetery, Union Centre, NS. A reception will follow 96 Salter Road, Union Centre, home of Hank and Maria Veenhuis.
