RICHARD, LÉANDRE
1943 – 2015
Léandre Richard, 71 of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and formerly of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully at the UHC Dr Georges L Dumont, Moncton on Sunday, May 24, 2015 Born in Jailletville, he was the son of the late Adelin and the late Évangeline (Arseneault) Richard.
He was a veteran of the USA Army.
He will be sadly missed by his three children; Diane Gallien (Steve) of Westminster, Mass., Charline LeBlanc (Daniel) of Cary, North Carolina and John (Amy) of Leominster, Mass., and his eight grandchildren; Cameron, Samantha, Kayleigh, Daniel, Brian, Jeremy, Alyshia and Arianna. He also leaves to mourn one sister; Laura Nowlan (late Roméo) of Saint-Antoine, five brothers; André (Jeannette), Alban (Alice), Gerald (Gloria) all of Saint-Paul, Hervé (Carol) of Saint-Sosime, Léo (Joyce) of Moncton, one sister-in-law Thérèse Richard of Saint-Paul and his good friend Carole Hébert of Richiboucto-Village as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by two brothers; Raymond (2005) and Léonard (2015).
Visitations will be held at Saint-Paul Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Paul on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul Church on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00am with interment in the parish cemetery.
