We, the family of Nancy Marie Russell-Cleversey, of Charlotte Street, Sydney, wish to announce her passing on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born on Sept. 25, 1949, in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Bradford and Anna (Richards) Russell.
Until retirement, Nancy was employed as a maintenance clerk with the Transit Department of the Halifax Regional Municipality.
Surviving are her husband, Everett; daughter, Leah (Mike) Denault, Ont.; son, Randy Clarke, Halifax; sisters, Jackie (Terry) Burke and Connie (Roger) Keefe, Lower Sackville; several grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
Nancy was predeceased by a brother in infancy.
A celebration of life will be held in Halifax at a later date.
