Vincence Bourgoin
1922 - 2015
Vincence Bourgoin, 93, formerly of Dieppe, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Thursday June 4, 2015 at the Villa Providence in Shediac. Born on May 14, 1922 in Saint-Charles, she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Émerise (Richard) Daigle.
She is survived by four children: Diana Cormier (Normand) and Maurice (Anne) both of Dieppe, Annette Surette (Maurice) of St-Louis-de-Kent, Vincent (Cécile) of LaSalle, QC; two sisters: Émilia McCaie of Shediac and Dorice Richard (Émile) of Dieppe; three brothers: Ronald of St-Antoine-de-Kent, Reginald (Dorine) of Cocagne and Normand (Rita) of Dieppe; eight grandchildren: Jeff, Marc, Nathalie, Christine, Kevin, Mathieu, Denise and Stéphanie; ten great-grandchildren: Dawson, Aiden, Allison, Morgan, Sabine, Sarah, Jérémie, Zacharie, Grayson and Jenson; many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edmond (2014); three sisters: Dora, Cécilia, Albertine; three brothers: Alyre, Emery, Edmond.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse-de-l’Enfant-Jésus Roman Catholic church, 180 Ste-Thérèse Street, Dieppe on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Vincence, a contribution to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
