It is with great sadness that the family of Edgar Payne of Parsons Pond announce his passing at Bonne Bay Health Centre on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the age of 83 years, 11 months. Left with fond memories are: his wife Jenny (nee Biggin), son: Michael, daughters: Janice (Rick) Bennett, and Renee (Jody Blanchard); brother Oscar (Helen); sister-in-law Lucy (Rod) Goosney; brother-in-law Donald Jewer; Grandchildren: Robbie (Angie), Isabella, Samantha (Brian), and Michelle (Jimmy); Great Grandchildren: Hope, Destinee, Lilly, Peyton and Brody. Nieces: Ruth Jewer Le Drew( Larry), Tamara (Jasper) Decker; Nephews: Lee (Jean) Jewer, Henri (Vicky) Goosney, Hollis (Iesha) Goosney, and a large circle of dear friends and other relatives. Edgar was predeceased by his parents Garland and Isabel Payne, his sister Hilda Jewer, parents-in-law Charles and Medora Biggin and sister-in-law Carolyn Decker. The family will be receiving visitors at St. Peter's Anglican Church, Parsons Pond beginning on Sunday, June 7th at 7 PM, continuing on Monday, June 8th and 9th where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 9th at 2 pm with Rev.
