MacDONALD, LILLIAN
Lillian Amy MacDonald, 90, of Moncton, passed away on June 7, 2015 at the Golden Years Estate. Born in Montreal on February 15, 1925, she was a daughter of the late John William and Sarah Jane (Massey) Hedgecoe.
Upon graduation from Moncton High School in 1941, she was employed with T. Eaton Company and Central Trust, Moncton, until her marriage to Frederick Scott MacDonald.
In addition to her husband, mother and father, she was predeceased by sisters, Gwedolene (late Malcolm) Mainwaring and Doris (late Edward) Whittle.
She is survived by her sister, Jenny Hedgecoe of Moncton; Nephews, Barrie (Barbara) Mainwaring of High River, AB, Brian (Marjie) Mainwaring of Calgary, AB and Robert (Pauline) Whittle of Elgin, NB; Niece, Linda (Peter) Firth of Winnipeg, MB; and several great nieces and nephews.
As requested, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Following cremation, a private interment will take place in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
