Frances 'Frankie'
Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, June 7, 2015, Frances "Frankie" Tetford of Harbour Grace, age 85 years. Predeceased by parents: Alexander and Ellen (Foley) Russell, sisters: Peggy, Helen Jean, Lena and their spouses; brother-in-law: Robert and Betty Tetford. Leaving to mourn, her devoted husband of 61 years, Gordon; two daughters: Wendy (Paul) Sheppard, St. John's and Cindy Tetford, Harbour Grace; two sons: Jamey, Harbour Grace and David (Gloria), Carbonear; six grandsons: Matthew, Christopher, Andrew, Colin, Brian and Mark; brother-in-law: Gerald (Ollie, deceased) Tetford, Harbour Grace; sisters: Dody (Jim) Creighton, Eileen (Byron, deceased) Lobban and Betty Barrett; close friends: Llew and Karen Noel, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace on Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12;00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, June 10 at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in the United Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
