With her family at her side, Anna passed away peacefully at her beloved home in Midgell, P.E.I.
Anna is survived by her husband, Jakob ter Meer, her son, Aaron Black, and daughters, Rhiannon Swanson and Alexandra Hopkins. Anna also leaves behind two beautiful grandchildren: Julia Sickinger and Paul Swanson.
Anna did not want any fuss made for her, so there will be a simple informal gathering at the North Shore Funeral Home in Morell on Saturday, June 13, between 2 and 4 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to join us in remembering Anna and to share a story or two.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Irene Sanderson and to the wonderful Home Care ladies and nurses who were involved in Anna's care.
