The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, June 8, 2015, of Barrett Gallant, of Summerside, aged 28 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of Ronald and Susan (Cornish) Gallant. Survived by his wife Trista (Hutchinson) Gallant; daughter Kailey and son Cayden; a sister Claudette (Craig) Warrick; brother Brandon Gallant; grandparents Clifford and Theresa Gallant and Margaret Cornish; nephews Reid and Lincoln Warrick; niece Chloe Warrick and by a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his grandfather Claude Cornish. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Friday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, where funeral mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Barrett Gallant Children’s Trust Fund would be appreciated.
