LEBLANC, LÉO - 1925 - 2015 - Léo LeBlanc, 89, of Moncton, NB, passed away on Wednesday, June 10th, 2015, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in Ogdensburg, NY, he was the son of the late Alban and the late Anna (née: Belliveau) LeBlanc. He is survived by his wife, Lucille (née: Leger); two daughters: Annette (Normand) Hotte of Blainville, QC and Louise (Jacques) Hébert of Moncton; two sons: Charles (Linda) and Robert, both of Moncton; two sisters: Sr Martine LeBlanc ndsc and Stella LeBlanc, both of Moncton; one brother, Oscar (Géraldine) LeBlanc of Moncton; five grandchildren: Marie-Josée, François, Mélanie, André and Mathieu; eight great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Aurèle.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 1 pm until time of service. A Celebration of the Word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday, June 17th, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment in St.-Thomas Parish Cemetery, Memramcook, NB. Donations to Open Hands Food Bank or Maison Nazareth would be appreciated by the family. www.chartersville.com
