The family of the late Donald Stone, St. Peter's, would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who showed their support for us, the family, during our difficult time. During Donald's brief illness, we were blessed by the kindness and support of the medical staff and support workers at St. Martha's and Cape Breton Regional Hospitals. Thank you to all that travelled, visited, phoned, emailed, sent cards, food, flowers, pictures and monetary donations to the charities of choice, your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten. To the staff at Haverstock Funeral Homes, your professionalism and caring were an excellent comfort to us. To Reverends Victor and Carolyn MacLeod, the Choir, the ladies who put out a beautiful luncheon following the funeral and the St. Peter's Lion's Club for donating their Community Hall to host the reception, a very special thanks to you. To each and everyone who reached out to each of us in any way, please know that we appreciate your kindness and thoughts. We know that Donald, Dad, or Mr. Stone would be thanking you as well for supporting us.
