Ted Louis Ilg
January 26, 1934 – June 12, 2015

Ted passed away peacefully at the Herb Bassett Care Home the morning of June 12, 2015, with family by his side. He is survived by his wife Alice (nee Chenier); his son Brian (Lois) Ilg of Nipawin; sister Mary Sand of Prince Albert; grandchildren Bobby (Liz) Ilg and Isaiah and Ezekiel of Ottawa; Julie (Harvey) Mitterhuber and Ethen, Jordan and Ayden of Calgary, AB; Vanessa Ilg of Ottawa and Brendon (Quintana) Ilg & Faye of Regina; his sister-in-law Sharon Ilg; as well as other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Joe and Theresa (nee Weisinger) Ilg; his son Blair and his brothers Albert and Joe (Dorothy). Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, 1401 – 4th Avenue West, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Reverend Father Matthew Nguyen. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 54 – 11th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0Z9 or to a charity of your choice.
