The death occurred at Park West Lodge, Charlottetown, on Thursday, June 18, 2015 of Edward Leeland Anderson of Morell, P.E.I.
Beloved husband of Jean Anderson (nee MacEwen). Dear father of sons, Edward (Nancy) and David (Michelle). Loving grandfather of Stephen and Kate Anderson. Survived by his sister, Louise Clark (Sandy) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Edward "Eddie" and Marion Anderson.
Leeland was an avid driver and was employed by Irving Oil for 42 years. He was Fire Chief of the Morell Fire Department for many years.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Saturday 4-7 p.m. The funeral will be held at Peter Gordon Memorial United Church, Morell, Sunday at 2 p.m. Interment in Midgell Cemetery. Please refrain from scented products.
