Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 of Don Carter of Charlottetown, age 71 years.
Don was predeceased by his wife, Ann, son, Christopher, and parents, Clarence and Rosabelle Carter.
Don, a former librarian at Colonel Gray High School, was surrounded by clergy, colleagues and friends. Special thanks go to the staff of Units 1 and 3 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Palliative Care Centre for their care and compassion.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the Stratford Chapel.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the QEH Foundation or Palliative Care Centre would be appreciated.
