(nee Druken) Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Health Sciences Complex in the presence of her loving family and friends on Monday, January 21, 2008. Barbara Quilty, aged 42 years. Predeceased by her parents: Patrick and Alice Druken. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Gary; daughters: Heather (boyfriend Richard Sceviour) and Brittany; sister Shirley Hussey (Ricky); brothers: Kenneth (Bev), Mike (Maxine) and Greg (Tina) and special friends Debbie and Glen Lawlor, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 1081 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. from Holy Family Parish, Paradise. Cremation will follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
