The death occurred peacefully at the Colville Manor in Souris on Saturday, June 20, 2015 of Henrietta Donovan of Souris Line Road, age 75 years.
Beloved wife of the late James Donovan. Loving mother of Darlene (Scott) Ching, Lorna and Blair (Kara). Proud Nannie of Donovan, Lindsay, James and Nash. Stepmother of Gerry (Donna) MacDonald, and step grandchildren, Jolene, Carly and Emily. Survived by sisters, Rosina (Paul) Richard, Lorraine Gillis and Anne (Jiggs) Poole.
Predeceased by parents, Lorne and Minnie Keays; infant daughter, Mary Henrietta; brothers, Lornie, Allan, Elmer, Byron, Wendell, Jim, Gerald; and sisters, Kate Frechette, Mary Dunphy and Dorothy Mallard.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visitation on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 2 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the IWK Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
