NOBLE, CECIL WAYNE
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Cecil Wayne Noble of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Monday, June 22, 2015. Born on May 1, 1947, he was the son of the late Cecil and Laverne (Stewart) Noble.
Cecil was an electrician by trade working in Fredericton and other parts of the province for 27 years. He had a wonderful sense of humor and ability to tell jokes by the hour. He loved sports and was an avid hockey player for many years.
Cecil is survived by his sons, Jeremy Noble (Tamarah) and Stephen Noble (Glenda); grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin and Jessica Noble; sisters, Elizabeth Fletcher of Fredericton, NB, and Helen Mills (Rick) of Nova Scotia; brothers, Arthur and Richard Noble (Faye) of Alberta and Wayne Noble of Ontario; sister-in-law, JoAnn Noble of Fredericton; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his sister, Jean Sloat and brother, Stewart Noble.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon Memorial Chapel on Friday at 11 am with Mr. Dwight McCoy officiating. Interment will take place in Fredericton Rural Cemetery.
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
