Collins, Bert, passed away peacefully at The K. E. Spencer Memorial Home on June 25, 2015, at the age of 82.
Born in Kouchibouguac, NB, he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth Collins. Bert is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Maxine, his son Robert (Charlene), daughter Patsy Thadzi, sister Elizabeth Collins, and grandchildren; Brendan, Haley, Cody and William.
In addition to his parents, Bert was predeceased by his brother Leo and sister Helen.
Funeral Service will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 am with visitation on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer’s Society or to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
