Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, surrounded by his loving family, the death of Wade J. Williams, age 54, of Georgetown, formerly of Souris, occurred on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
Wade is survived by his devoted wife, Cathy (Lavandier); children, Christopher (Amy) MacQuarrie, Cassandra (Jonathan) Cotton and Coady MacQuarrie; loving mother, Jessie Williams; sister, Wanda Williams; grandchildren, Zachery, Olivia, Taryn, Griffin and Liam; special nieces and nephews, Kristie and Darcy, Burley, Gabbi and Laney King. Predeceased by his father, Hiram Williams, and grandmother, Theresa Wright.
No visiting hours by personal request. Funeral mass to be celebrated on Monday, June 29, 2015, from St. James Catholic Church, Georgetown, at 2 p.m. Interment to take place in St. James Parish Cemetery, Georgetown.
Donations to the Georgetown Memorial Gardens or Canadian Cancer Society (Melanoma).
