It is with great sadness that the family of the late Emily Frances Street announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday June 27, 2015 at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: David (Betty), Shawn (Michelle), Norman (Diane), Sharron, Lucille (Rob), 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; siblings: Bruce (Janice), Margaret Payne, Annie Costello, Gerine (Joe), special friends Joyce and Andy Pittman, Pauline and Dean Andrews, also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Mabel Street; brothers: Roy, Eldon; sisters: Jean, Norma; sisters-in-law Joan, Vernice and brother-in-law Clifford. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Sunday between the hours of 7-9 p.m. and on Monday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday June 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Majors Raymond and Laura Janes. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Bay of Islands Ground Search and Rescue.
