William Harold 'Gutsie' Lynk

It is with heartfelt sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of William Harold 'Gutsie' Lynk ,on Saturday June 27, 2015 at the Glace Bay Hospital.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Kate (Dean) and Billie Lynk.
Gustie was employed for many years with Sydney Steel, and was a long time member of the Sydney Steel Center Credit Union, he was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan and also a Toronto Blue Jays fan.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary (Jewells); sons, Dwayne (Gina), Richie (Wilburta); brother, Ronnie (Carol); granddaughters, Jacqueline, April and Marcie; great-granddaughter, Zoey; nephews, Ronnie, Jonathan, Ernie, Leo, Tom and Billy and nieces, Katie, Tracey, Tricia and Leona.
Visitation for Gutsie will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay. Funeral service will take place on Friday, July 3, at 2 p.m. in St. Luke’s United Church, Donkin.
