It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy L. Moores announce his passing on Monday, June 29th, 2015 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 52. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Michelle, with whom he has been for 35 years and married to for 28 years, his loving children: Roy Jr. (Amanda Baker), Deer Lake, Roger (Jenna McRae), Ontario, Victoria (Becky Muschett), Deer Lake, mother, Mabel Moores, fur grandchildren: Anna, Ruby, Duke, Seamee, Berlyn; sisters and brother: Wavey (Mike) Goodwin, Christine (Billy) Young, Eric (Carolyn) Moores, Wesley (Kimberly) Moores, Mabelline (Paul) Parsons, Pamela Moores (Bernie LeRoux), Dale (Jim) Brady, father-in-law, Milton Feltham, brothers-in-law: Rick (Rose) Feltham, Dean (Christine) Feltham and special friends: David (Donna) Moores, Clarence Gale, Dwayne Anstey, Bill Bennett, Doug Coish and Carson (Rose) Young, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Alvin Moores and mother-in-law, Serena Feltham. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral, 10 Clinic Drive Deer Lake on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, the funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 2 PM from Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake with Pastor Coles officiating, interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Wight's Road. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil House.
