Passed peacefully away on Sunday July 5th, 2015 in the presence of his wife and daughters, David Orr age 56 years. Predeceased by his mother Ruth (nee Allen) Orr. Leaving to mourn wife Claire Pitl; daughters: Julie and Catherine; father James; sisters: Patricia and Wendy (Rick); brothers-in-law: Gabriel, Roger (Deborah), and Andre; sisters-in-law: Georgette, Helene, Madlen (Lucien), and Yvette (David), also many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues at DFO. A special thank you to the Cancer Center at the Health Science Center. Visitation will take place on Wednesday July 8th from 7-9 pm from Barrett's Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue, St. John's. A memorial service to celebrate David's life will take place on Thursday July 9th at 11 am and will be held at Barrett's Funeral Chapel 328 Hamilton Avenue, St. John's.
