RENTON, SHAWN DENNIS
Shawn Dennis Renton, 42, of Stilesville, with his loving family at his side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Dennis Renton and the late Eleanor (Lutes).
Shawn worked as an Operations Manager with Hercules SLR. An avid Boston Bruins fan, he also enjoyed cooking, experimenting with new recipes and spending time with his family.
Surviving is his loving wife of 21 years, Jennifer (Cormier) Renton; son, Drew Renton of Stilesville; brothers, Aaron Renton of Stilesville and Kris Renton of Moncton; grandmother, Lettie Renton of Stilesville; two nieces, Pyper and Abby; father-in-law, Gerry Cormier of Moncton.
Shawn was predeceased by his mother Eleanor (2005); infant sister, Shannon; grandfather, Archie; mother-in-law, Lynn Bennett (2014).
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Shawn’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10:00 am, with Pastor Scott Ryder officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service.
