Howard “Kevin” Harper of Toronto, ON passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer with loving partner Eilleen Blondin by his side at the Dorothy Ley Hospice in Etobicoke, ON on Thursday, July 2, 2015, age 82 years. Born at Tignish, PE, on September 21, 1932, he was the son of the late Howard and Bernetta (nee McIntyre) Harper.
Proud step-father to Kathy (Bernard) Godin, Don Blondin and Carolyn Blondin. Loving Grampa to Mathieu, Madeleine and Connor. Dear brother to Catherine (Vernon) Gaudette of Tignish; Irene Perry of Tignish; and Frances Anne (late Reginald) Shea of Pleasant View. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by siblings: Mary Doyle, Helen LeClair, Reta Callaghan, Frank, Ray, Clifton, Charlie and John.
