BERNARD, DORIS
1925 - 2015
Doris Bernard, 89, formerly of Cedar Street, Moncton, and the Oasis Residence, Dieppe, passed away on Thursday July 16, 2015 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on October 19, 1925 in Gardner, MA, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Henriette (Richard) Arsenault.
She is survived by her two brothers, Father Donald Arsenault and Fred Arsenault (Marie), both of Moncton; two sisters-in-law, Marie from Moncton and Mélina from St-Antoine, one brother-in-law Melvin Bernard (Eunice) from Summerside as well a few nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Aubin, one sister, Dorothée, seven brothers: Joseph, Raymond, Arthur, Edouard, Paul, Alfred and Leo.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am until time of departure (10:15). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Doris, mass offerings would be appreciated.
