Catherine (nee Tobin) March of Riverview, formerly of Saint John, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Monarch Hall in Riverview. Born in Ship Cove, Placentia Bay, NL, she was the daughter of the late James and Lucy (Foley) Tobin. She will be dearly missed by her children: Raymond (Dodie), Joan MacNeill (Al), Fintan Jr. (Debbie), Kenneth (Mary), Catherine (Sally) Snow (the late Walter), Mark (Diane), Maureen Glavine (Kevin), a brother Kevin Tobin, special nieces Betty Tobin, (late John Hastings) and Francis Bowdrey (Doug) grandchildren, Tracey, Alyson, Sam, Genevieve, Morgan Lee, B J, Kenneth, Stephen, Cathy, Heidi, Matthew and Nicole, great grandchildren, Noah, Emily, Isaac, Isabelle, Eston, Savannah, Hayleigh, Ryder, Elias and Mateo. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Fintan March in 2012 as well as several brothers and sisters. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview, NB (506-869-2007) on Monday, July 20, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, with the funeral service to be held from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM, with Father Phil Mulligan Presiding. Parish prayers and sharing of memories will take place from the funeral home on Monday evening at 8:30 PM. Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Alzheimer's Society or a memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
