JOHNSON, DENNIS DARRELL
Dennis D. Johnson of Dumfries, NB passed away July 21, 2015 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital with his wife, daughter and son by his side. Dennis was a very proud, compassionate and loving husband and father. He truly cherished and loved all his family and friends. He held a special place in his heart for each and every one of them. Dennis was born at Fredericton, NB on February 18, 1954, the son of the late Darrell and Edith (Wilkins) Johnson.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Sherrylou (Ellegood) Johnson; a daughter Jill Johnson and a son Jeremiah Johnson; a sister, Beverley Johnson and her two children, Kirk Brewer (Laura) and Kari-Ann Carmichael (William); a sister-in-law, Susan Miller (Glenn) and their two children, Ashlee Nikovski (Joe) and Margaret Miller (Bill); a brother-in-law, Richard Ellegood (Donna) and his two sons, Richard Ellegood (Melinda) and Jeremy Ellegood; several aunts, uncles, cousins, great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his parents-in-law, Arthur and Joyce (Morrison) Ellegood.
Visitation will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 1 to 4 p.m. followed by prayers by his uncle, Edison Ellegood, from the ‘Book of Common Prayer’. Interment will be held at a later date.
