Passed peacefully away on July 22, 2015 at her home in the presence of her family. Predeceased by her father Calvert, grandparents Calvert and Mary Pratt and Afton and Marion Clouston and uncle Robert Pratt. Left with fond and loving memories her mother Shelly Clouston (Eric), sister Beth Pratt (Peter), uncle Doug Pratt (Patricia), cousins Allison, Michelle, Doug and Calvert, special friend Bryan Parsons and other friends and relatives. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may visit the family at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Friday, July 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
