The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Friday, July 24, 2015, of Gary J. Arsenault, Waterford, aged 60 years. Beloved husband of Marilee (Shea) Arsenault. He was born in Alberton on December 12, 1954, the son of Theresa (Gallant) and the late Robert Arsenault, Tignish. Dear father to Tara Mushlin (Brian), Walpole, MA; Tyler Arsenault (Shauna), Tignish, PE; Travis Arsenault (Tina), Innisfil, Ont.; Todd Arsenault (Rhonda), Northam Road, PE; and Tyson Arsenault (Sarah), Tignish, PE. Loving grandfather to Brianna, Aaron, Jack, Joslyn, Zoey, Makayla, Mason, Makenna, Ty, Halle, Darcie, Landon, Charli and Suri. He is also survived by brothers and sisters Danny (Mary), Harper Road; Edward (Majella), Summerside; Roberta (Brian), Brampton, Ont.; Mike (Sandra), DeBlois Road; Cindy (Scott), Georgetown, Ont.; Donna (Joey) Tignish; and Allie (Tammy), Harper Road. He was predeceased by his father Robert, mother and father-in-law Chester and Mildred Shea. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road for visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Funeral will be held Tuesday, July 28, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, with funeral mass at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to the Western Hospital Dialysis Unit or Research Primary Amyloidosis (Cancer) or Immaculate Conception Church Repair Fund would be greatly appreciated.
