Terrance ‘Junior’ McIntosh, age 73, passed away at home in New Waterford on Sunday, July 26, 2015.
Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late Terrance and Marguerite (Hennesey) McIntosh.
Terrance served in the Canadian Military with the Black Watch. While stationed in Germany he met his future wife, Maria from Holland. Junior worked in the construction business for 30 years in Holland. He loved working out at the gym.
He is survived by his son, Patrick; stepson, Jackie, both in Holland; five brothers, Henry, Francis (Susan), Charlie (Sharon), Joseph, Russell; three sisters, Anna Skinner (Carl), Carol McIntosh (Joe), Elizabeth McIntosh, three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a special nephew, Dakota McIntosh.
Terrance was predeceased by his wife, Maria and two sisters, Donna and Carmel.
Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home Chapel, 380 Smith St., New Waterford with Rev. Ray Huntley officiating.
