It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hugh Jardine LeDrew announce his passing on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the age of 74 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Edwina, his stepdaughter Wendy (Paul), Sydney and grandchildren Megan, Stephen and Jordan, brothers Peter (Dale), Tim (Maria), brother-in-law Ralph Rumbolt and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and his best friend, Buddy, who was at his side all the time. He was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Berenice (Jardine) LeDrew, brothers Ted, Fred, Larry in infancy and sister Margaret "Peggy" Rumbolt. He was cremated at his request at T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel, Sydney, NS. A celebration of Hugh's life will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the SPCA or to a charity of one's choice.
