We are sorry to announce the sudden passing of Adeline Lynch on Aug. 3, 2015 at the CB Regional Hospital. The last surviving member of her immediate family, born in Sydney to the late Hugh and Florence (Lamey) MacDonnell.
After graduating from Holy Angels she then worked at the Sydney Naval Base during the war as an ULTRA operator where slow convoys were assembled; after which she was married to Robert Hugh Lynch for 59 years.
