The death occurred as the result of a fire on Sunday, August 9, 2015 of Alma Myrtle Ford (MacLeod) of Charlottetown, in her 94th year.
Dear mother of Verna Lee Dalziel (Allan), Guy Ford (Linda) and Glenn Ford. Mother-in-law of Ronnie Peters. Loving grandmother of Wayne, Jeff, Randy, Darren, Rhonda, Tracey, Brodi, Michelle, Clint and Sherry. Great-grandmother of Coady, Katlyn, Allanna, Shelby, Evan, Ashley, Alyssa, Blake, Clark, Tory, Callie, Chase, Lexie, MacKenzie and Madison. Great-great-grandmother of Deegan and Parker. Sister of Norma MacIntosh (Duncan, deceased), Betty Dingwell (Gordon) and Ruby MacLeod. Sister-in-law of Ella MacLeod and Kaye MacLeod. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband, Vernon Lea Ford; by her daughter, Ada Peters; by her parents, Neil Dan and Eliza MacLeod; by her siblings, Florence Sherren (Stewart), Allison MacLeod, Orville MacLeod and Gertie MacPhee (Ralph).
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 6 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-5:45 p.m.
