It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Allister Jenkins announce his passing at the James Patton Memorial Hospital in Gander on Sunday August 9th 2015 at the age of 75 yrs. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters Donna Jenkins (Jerrett) in Kippens, Debbie (AJ) Hogan in Stephenville, Denise Jenkins in Stephenville, his grandchildren Shea Bennett, Brady and Sarah Hogan, Chaz and Jazmyne Felix. Also leaving to mourn are his brothers Harry (Josephine) in Stephenville, Doug in Deer Lake, Junior (Joy), Ronald (Vera), Roger (Joan) all in Tizzards Harbour, his sisters Maisie (Wallace) Snow in Embree, Gertrude Boyd in Bridgeport, Una Boyd in Tizzards Harbor, Elaine (Charles) Rideout in Valley Pond, Phyllis (Ross) Rogers in Tizzards Harbour and a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Audrey, his parents Stanley and Dorothy, his sister Loretta and brothers-in-law Gilbert Boyd and Leo Boyd. Visitation will take place on Wednesday August 12th 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 from Russell's Funeral Home in Stephenville. The funeral service will take place on Thursday August 13th 2015 at 2 P.M. from Salvation Army Church with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway.
