Passed peacefully away after a short illness in the presence of his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, Cyril J. White (Red Seal Plumber) of Harbour Grace, age 72 years. Predeceased by parents: Michael and Alice White; sister-in-law: Mary White and nephew: Theo White. Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 49 years, Helen (nee Hearn); daughter: Katherine (Dave) Alyward, C.B.S; sons: Kevin (Trudy), Victoria, Dan (Gina), Harbour Grace, Bob (Wendy), St. John's and Andy (Sarah), Orleans, Ontario; eight grandchildren of whom he was so proud: Benjamin Alyward, Michael and Maggy White, Emma and Hannah White, Alex and Rhiannon White and Abigail White; sisters: Margaret (Shannon) Ryan, and Rose Halliday, St. John's and Helen (Ron) Martin, Carbonear; brothers: Walter (Christine) White, John (Barbara) White, George (Tina) White, all of St. John's and Martin White, Grande Prairie, Alberta; sisters-in-law: Betty (Joe) Southwell, Carbonear and Mamie (Jim) Carey, Rochester, New York; brothers-in-law: Terry (Beth) Hearn, Ottawa, Ontario, Reg (Michelle) Hearn, Wabush and Hayward Halliday, C.B.S.
