Passed peacefully Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital of Mae Day of Cornwall, age 76 years. Beloved wife of John Day, loving mother of Penny Bryan (Corey) and Michael Day (Cheryl); cherished grandmother of Melissa and Mathias. Mae is survived by her brothers, David Wallace of Shediac, N.B., Robert Wallace of Sackville, N.B. and William Wallace of Moncton, N.B. She was predeceased by her parents Guy and Mary (nee Arsenault) Wallace. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford. There will be no visitation as per request. A funeral service will be held at the Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 1 PM. Interment to take place later at the Greenwood Cemetery in Shediac, N.B. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Red Cross or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
