BOWERS - Kevin R., 50, of Windsor, formerly of Southwest Port Mouton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Windsor. Born in Liverpool, he was a son of Hollis (Roy) Bowers of Southwest Port Mouton and the late Peter Douglas Bowers. Kevin was a special Olympian for many years and enjoyed sketching. He also enjoyed “Uncle Jarge” shows and listening to music especially Shania Twain. Surviving besides his mother are his step father Ralph Baker; his brothers Douglas (Tracey) and their children; niece Madison and nephew Joel all of Brooklyn and Tracy (Kathy) of Calgary, AB. He was predeceased by his sisters Mary Ellen in infancy and Laura Lee. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. There will be no funeral service at this time. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
