TELLENBACH, ROBERT ERNEST
Robert E. Tellenbach of Fredericton, NB passed away on August 19, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Bob was born in 1931 at Woodstock, NB, the son of the late Fritz and Rose (Stroud) Tellenbach.
He joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1948 and served until his retirement in 1975. This was followed by several years of service with the Canadian Forces Reserves and civilian employment with the Department of National Defence.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Wright) Tellenbach; three sons, James and Kevin (Sylvia), both of Victoria, BC and Derek (Andrea), New Maryland, NB; three grandsons, Brian (Charlene), Ryan and Craig; four great-grandchildren, Carson, Aaron, Brooke and Owen,; a sister, Mildred Roberts, Toronto, ON; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in Marjorie’s family; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Grant.
Visitation will take place at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 1 to 2 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm with Rev. Ryan Farrell officiating.
