Former Denturist, James Charles Day of Burin, passed peacefully away at Marystown, NL, on Saturday, August 8th, 2015, at the age of 62. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife Victoria of 4 years; brothers Geoffrey (Stella) Day of Nova Scotia, and Blair (Sheila) Day of Nova Scotia; uncles Boyd Day of St. John’s, and Calvin Day of Garnish; Aunt Shirley Day of Garnish; plus a large circle of relatives and friends.

Rev. Simon Mowowo conducted the Funeral Service at Garnish United Church, Garnish, on Friday, August 12th, 2015; at 2:00 pm. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery in Garnish, NL.

Donations in James’ memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Pallbearers were Cedric Banfield, Bill Taylor, Theo Pittman, Des O’Brien, Colin Day, and Danny Fitzpatrick.
