Passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015, at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Walter (1998). Leaving to mourn: her son, Leslie (Yvonne), grandchildren Stacey and Corey, daughter Susan O'Brien (Sean), granddaughter Danika and son Wayne (Stephanie); sisters: Audrey Rheaume (Arthur), and Jean Dominey, brothers James (Mary), and Edward (Mary), niece Janis MacDonald and nephew Gary Best, also a large circle of other relatives and friends, as well as fellow residents of the Admiral's Coast Retirement Home, all of whom had the pleasure and privilege of enjoying her grace and kindness throughout her lifetime. Predeceased also by her brother David and her brother-in-law Clarence Dominey. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Sunday, August 30th, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm; and on Monday, August 31st, from 10-11 am followed immediately by a funeral service from Barrett's Chapel. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
