Passed away suddenly at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the age of 80. Predeceased by her parents John and Hannah Chafe; sister Lucille Chafe; brothers Benedict, Francis (Sylvia) and John Chafe and brother-in-law Don O'Neill. Leaving to mourn her sister Jennie O'Neill (Don, deceased); brothers Harry (Barbara), Frederick (Marie) and Ted; and sister-in-law, Marie Chafe; special friend, Edwina Fitzgerald and a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Saturday, September 19th from 7-9pm and Sunday, September 20th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, September 21st at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's church. Cremation to follow and inurnment to take place at a later date. Flowers greatly accepted or donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
