Peacefully at Whisperwood Villa on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 of Marion A. Auld of Charlottetown, age 101 years.
Beloved wife of the late Walter C. Auld. Loving mother of the late Gerrie (Audrey Auld (Eric Ellsworth)), Joan Auld (Keith Pigot) and James (Donna Read) Auld and mother-in-law of Murielle Auld. Grams to Jodi (John Cheeseman), Tammi-Jo (Patrick MacFadyen), Meghan Osborne, Ryan Auld, Gina and Glen Ferguson and Pam Ferguson (Dan Kane), 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Sister of Hollis (Linda) Thompson and sister-in-law of Alice (the late Benson) Auld.
Predeceased by her parents, Herbert and Viola (Judson) Thompson, sisters Georgina (Leonard) Vatcher, Mildred (Will) Johnstone, Bertha (Bob) Brown, Lila (Rae) Roper and brothers, Irving (Viola), John (Maude), Lorne (Anna), Fred (Helen) and Wilfred (Eileen) Thompson.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Wednesday from Trinity United Church at 10 a.m. Interment in West Covehead United Church Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to West Covehead Cemetery or Trinity United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
